The Prima Norsk compilation series showcases the current Norwegian house scene. The first 3 volumes (2000 - 2005) focused on compiling stuff from 12" releases and some exclusive material onto a CD compilation.

The Norwegian house scene is now more alive than ever, and thanks to the digital revolution, the worldwide availability is far better than it was at the time of Prima Norsk 1-3. So, when the series was re-booted in 2016, the focus was shifted towards exclusive tracks only. The fifth installment includes tracks from familiar artist like Jarle Bråthen (Full Pupp), Addvibe (Glasgow Underground, Vier), Of Norway (Connoisseur), Ivaylo (Bogota), Kohib (Beatservice, Sprechen) and De Fantastiske To (Paper), along with fresh stuff from new names.
